Founder’s Reflection
When I read this news, I did not focus on the controversy. Instead, I asked myself a deeper question :
Why do dishonesty, corruption, irresponsibility, and unethical behavior continue to exist in society despite our progress?
I realized that the strength of a nation is not determined only by its economy, technology, or laws. It is also shaped by the everyday choices of its citizens.
I realized that the problem is larger than politics, law, or economics. It begins with individual character. A nation becomes stronger when its citizens live with Morality, Ethics, and Responsibility (MER).That reflection eventually led me to develop the idea of NATIONOZEN.
WHY COCKROACH WORD USE ?
The name “COCKROACH” is used as a behavioral metaphor, not as a description of any person.
It represents patterns of behavior that can weaken trust, responsibility, and professional integrity. The purpose of this framework is not to judge, insult, or label individuals, but to encourage reflection on behaviors that can be recognized, understood, and improved.
WHY NATIONOZEN WORD USE ?
A Name with a Purpose "NATIONOZEN" is a word created to represent a simple but powerful idea : A stronger society begins with strong moral character, ethical conduct, and responsible individual behavior.The name combines two meaningful concepts: "NATION" – representing society, communities, institutions, and the collective well-being of people.
